About the Umbrella Movement

THE UMBRELLA MOVEMENT
TO COUNTERACT THE RIGHT

is a grass roots organization
dedicated to the proposition that:

THE RIGHT IS WRONG

We believe that the extreme political right and the Christian Right
have led our country in a direction which endangers the
preservation of the basic freedom, liberty and democratic society
we have known.

We believe that through organization we can educate, energize, and
mobilize a concerned public, and join forces with others who believe,
as we do, that the Right is Wrong.
